CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time and my time are valuable, and I want to ensure that I can accommodate all my clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please note the following: • Cancellations within 24 hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. • No-shows: I allow a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes you will be considered a no show. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the total service cost will be charged. I understand that emergencies happen, and I am happy to work with you when necessary.
